詹杭倫博士從2009年1月開始任教於香港大學中文學院，在加入香港大學之前，曾在澳門大學、四川師範大學、中國人民大學執教，也曾擔任台灣成功大學、逢甲大學、明道大學，新加坡國立大學訪問教授。詹博士的研究領域是中國古代文學、中國文學理論和海外漢學。他出版過十七部學術專著，發表了一百多篇學術論文。他在香港大學擔任過八門專業課程的教學，並指導碩士和博士研究生。他主持過兩場國際學術研討會，當選為國際東方詩話學會主席和國際辭賦學會副主席。

Dr. Zhan Hanglun is a full-time teacher in School of Chinese at the University of Hong Kong from January, 2009. Before joining the University, he taught at Renmin University of China from 2001 to 2008 as full professor. He began teaching at the Sichuan Normal University in 1985 and taught at the University of Macau in the autumn semester 2008. He was also the visiting professor at the National University of Singapore, as well as at the National Cheng Kung University, Feng Chia University and Ming Dao University in Taiwan. Dr. Zhan’s research field mainly concerns with Classical Chinese literature, Chinese literary theories and Overseas Sinology. He was the author of seventeen academic monographs and published more than one hundred academic papers. He also supervises MA, MPhil and PhD theses in his areas of expertise. He hosted two international academic conferences and he was elected Chairman of International Oriental Poetry Association and Vice-Chairman of International Ci-Fu Association.
